I'l admit it- news channels or highlights were never really my thing till this past odd month or something, where they'v literally become my guiding compass to virtually anywhere.
Following the GHQ blasts, the Iqra University nightmare and then assasination of a dear friend's father, it was both eye opening and over the top simultaneously. The last weekend brought a retreat from the doldrums when I drove to Islamabad to meet up with F. Her take on things and situations and life in general really helped put my own thoughts into perspective. We joked about watching this play, still on, behind Marriot ( which has already been blown up twice and the militants need better picnic spots anyway ) , dinner at Bistro and incase we do, die a happy death.
Meanwhile, I came across a trailer that speaks for not just me but scores of other Islamabadians out there. Officially releasing in 2010. Better be worth the wait. Check it out here.
